Here is our example of the basic signature. You have the ability to change the font, font size, colour, allignment, insert photos, hyperlink and you even have the option to add your business card. Now that you have completed that step above, add in the information you want on the signature like your name, job title, company name, address etc.Īfter you have added in your info this is where you can start customizing. Once you have done that you can go ahead and add that signature to the new message and reply/forwards menu on the right. This is what the email signature creation box will look like:įirst thing is to choose the email account you want connected to the signature, then click create new and give the email signature a name. You will see a drop down menu that has all your previously saved signatures, if you haven't created one it will be blank but underneath you'll click on 'Signature'.

Once you are in the new message window, on the top taskbar go ahead and click on signature.

The first steps to creating a signature is to open Outlook and click on 'New Message'.
